Friends from Missouri, Jennifer and her dad Ray, came to stay with us for the weekend. They are in town to run in the Houston Marathon on Sunday. We went to dinner at a greek restaurant called The Olive Oil. Then went for gelato afterwards.

Saturday, January 12th
Today we had lunch at our house and gathered together the Missouri folks to visit with Ray and Jennifer. So, in our house we had 6 Missourians, 2.5 Texans, and 1 Louisiana girl.

Later this evening, while Ray and Jen attended a banquet for the Houston Marathon, we had dinner with Jeremy, Mandy, Wes, and Cindy at a new Italian place near our house.

Oh wow!! Those are two faces I haven't seen in many years! Jennifer is one of those people who just never ages!!
